Updated Error-Prone Abbreviations List

ISMP has released a revised version of its list of error-prone abbreviations, symbols, and dose designations that should NOT be used in verbal, handwritten, or electronic communications. Please review the list to see if your organization’s “Do Not Use” list also requires updating. Visit: www.ismp.org/node/8
