Medication Safety Dashboard Reporting

Hello all,

I am starting in a new role for our organization as the Medication Safety Officer. We are a 4 hospital system with 3 of those being critical access. I was handed down a template that was historically used to report med safety, however it just reports numbers. In this new role, I am wanting to enhance our med safety reporting/dashboard and hopefully provide more specific insights to leadership while easily being able to visualize trends. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their templates/dashboards they use or maybe some additional metrics to consider while I work to revamp our reporting? If a multi-hospital system, do you show at system level, hospital level, or both?

I appreciate your help!
