Pediatric transport team - medication bags and protocols

Hi All- I am currently reviewing our pediatric hospital transport teams' (picks up very sick kiddos and brings to our hospital) medication list and policies. The medication list is extensive and needs to be standardized/simplified. If you have one of these transport teams at your hospital would you be willing to share what medications are carried and any associated policies/procedures?
