Clinical Monitoring Reports in Epic

Hello everyone,

We are an Epic based facility and we have recently been trying to transition drug monitoring reports to be directly in Epic (e.g., IV to PO conversions, renal dose adjustments, etc). (We're transitioning away from having a different program print the patients that need to be monitored)

Our new Epic process seems a bit clunky so I was wondering how other institutions have their reports, workflows, and patient lists set up. Would love to hear from anyone who already has an ironed-out report that makes it easy for the user to identify patients needing intervention and to document those interventions.

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
