Employee exposure follow up length

Hi all -
We have been reviewing current medical surveillance and employee exposure workflows. Question for the group - after you have a reported medication exposure for an employee, how long does your institution continue to follow the employee to ensure they don't have further symptoms or sequela?
Thanks -
