Who are the members of the committee and general reporting structure?

What are the responsibilities of the committee?

Do you have a system for monitoring data obtained from smart infusion pumps?

Could you share your committee charter and any policies governing smart pumps?

Anyone possess a current facility or system interdisciplinary Smart Infusion Pump Policy to share that supports and expresses details/processes surrounding key principles within the recent ISMP "Guidelines for Optimizing Safet Implementations and User of Smart Infusion Pumps'?
