Recently on the ASHP Compounding forum some FDA findings for outpatient pharmacies for using household cleaners (like Dawn) to clean their equipment for non sterile preparations. Reaching out to inpatient facilities, what do you use to clean your beakers and graduated cylinders? Do you use regular dish soap or specific approved cleaning solutions? What is the rationale behind your approach?
