Pediatric syringe labels

Good morning-
Do any facilities serving both adult and pediatric facilities have a system for distinguishing pediatric labels or emphasizing very small volumes (i.e. < 0.1) mL? We have had several near miss events with doses being pulled up as 10 fold greater than indicated and want to optimize labels to prevent this.
