Calcium gluconate relabeling

My EMS team brought to my attention the Fresenius removed the labeling for direct infusion for calcium gluconate. Apparently these were just recently released. How are others handling this label changes - I have noticed Lexicomp updated their recourses to include dilute ( update 3/12/18) but clin pharm is still outdated with old info. Any guidance on how you all are handling this would be great! thanks
