diagnostic radiology agents and association with use/indication

Are there institutions that have diagnostic radiography/imaging agents (e.g., iodinated contrast agents, technetium products, gadolinium contrast agents) in the normal workflow with other drugs, where they need to be associated with a use or indication or procedure (ICD, SNOMED) for the drug order and/or to populate the patient problem list? I don't recall dispensing these when I was in hospital pharmacy, but perhaps that is institution-specific.
