Hi everyone,
We are interested in exploring options for pharmacy user-specific dashboards to help track and measure pharmacist compliance with various clinical and operational activities. I’m reaching out to ask if anyone has been successful at doing this and if you would be willing to share examples of how you’re doing this at your institution.
Specifically, we’re interested in dashboards that capture metrics like:
1. Medication reconciliation completion rates
2. Patient education documentation rates
3. Barcode scanning compliance (admin, dispense, etc.)
4. Dispense preparation and checking documentation
5. Omnicell (or ADC) override review compliance
6. Any other pharmacist-driven tasks or interventions
Questions we’re hoping to learn more about:
1. What activities you monitor at the individual pharmacist level
2. What data sources you pull from (Epic, Pyxis, Omnicell, other)
3. How often the dashboards are reviewed and who reviews them
4. How you use the data (e.g., self-monitoring, manager review, quality improvement)
Any examples, advice, or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated!
