ICU Sedation Policy

Hi All
We currently have procedural sedation policies and routinely get asked questions regarding what is allowed/not allowed with regards to ICU sedation. We are starting to create an icu sedation policy - covering medications, dosing/titration, intubation status, approved sedation scales, use with NMB's and monitoring etc. We are hoping to get some guidance from others, so if your institution currently has an ICU sedation policy/procedure and would be willing to share that would be greatly appreciated. We are looking for both adult and pediatric policies as we serve both patient populations.
Thanks
Lindsey
