Injectable Promethazine discontinuation

Hi all,

Has anyone successfully discontinued injectable promethazine from their hospital? Would you be willing to share alternative drugs you discussed/considered, how the process was implemented? The biggest pushback we're getting from is from anesthesia and OB. Anesthesia is wanting to add amisulpride but that won't work for OB.
