Institution Standards for Independent Double Check
Hello, wondering if anyone has developed a clear step-wise process for the independent double check at their institution that they would be willing to share. I am looking to overhaul our institutions nursing education for independent double check and would like to better outline what our institution expectations are for steps completed during the process.
