Keto Diet in Epic

Good morning,

I am interested in learning how other Epic institutions utilize the EHR for patient's with ketogenic diet. Could you please answer the following questions if you use Epic?

Do you list ketogenic diet as an allergy? Or list dextrose as an allergy?
Do you put ketogenic diet in the problem list?
If not listed as an allergy, do you have ketogenic diet in the storyboard? If so, what does that pull from?
What alerts do you have for providers, pharmacists, and nursing?
We are building the rule that will autoselect certain products to be made in sodium chloride if a patient is on a ketogenic diet. Right now that rule triggers off of diet order, which seems like a concern if the patient is NPO or doesn't have a diet entered. If you have this rule, what does it fire off of?
Any other novel strategies or ideas?

Thanks so much!
