My organization is doing an environmental scan of how other health authorities are structuring, employing, supporting, and recognizing their Medication Safety Team, as we hope to optimize and further expand our scope and team.
We're interested in learning about what positions exist (ie. Med Safety Pharmacist, Med Safety Officer, and etc.), how the team is structured, how many positions (ie. FTEs), credentials and what degree/profession (ie. pharmacy, nursing, or other?) seniority and level of authority in the organization, and any other relevant information you would be willing to share.
