Medications on code cart in isolation rooms

We are attempting to determine how to handle medications that are on code carts when the code is in an isolation room. Currently we just bring the tray back to pharmacy and reuse which does not seem like a good practice. Do you handle medications differently that may go to the bedside as opposed to remaining in the cart? Do you wipe these medications with a disinfectant? If you wipe these medications is this done before they are returned to pharmacy or when they are received in pharmacy? If received in pharmacy is there a special location for these medications until they are wiped down?
