Septic Joints Following Triamcinolone Injections

I'm conducting an internal review after identifying recent cases of septic arthritis following intra-articular corticosteroid injections.

Given a prior small cluster of injection associated complications, we are evaluating potential product, process, and technique factors.

I would appreciate feedback from other practices regarding:
- any recent septic joint cases following triamcinolone
- whether triamcinolone has raised concerns
- best practices to adopt to reduce injection associated infection risks
- whether SDV have reduced events compared to MDV

Thank you
