Smart Pump Committee

Hello All,

We are a large healthcare system with facilities in seven different states and are looking to start a system-wide multi-disciplinary smart pump governance council. We are a mix of interop and non-interop sites mostly using Epic and Alaris. Would anyone be willing to share their charter, membership, and reporting structure for their smart pump council? Any information and/or lessons learned would be much appreciated.
