standardized procedures/orders in ED initial treatment

hello,
does your facility allow/not allow Rn to order standard meds/treatment provided ED physician is available in person?

specifically, the RN can place order levels f(ex warfarin/dilantin/digoxin) even if provider has not seen pt. In addition, tylenol/motrin for fever , zofran for vomiting

these orders are placed under medical director since pt has not been seen by provider yet

Thank you!
