Hi everyone, we have had a couple pediatric weight error near misses in recent months. We were reviewing ISMP safe practice recommendations and noted the following recommendation. "Leverage the EHR. Check if your EHR can incorporate age-based percentile support which could help raise suspicion that a weight or height may be incorrect."

I wanted to try to connect with others who may have experience with moving from Cerner to EPIC or with experience working to help set up EPIC. I am interested in any tips for safety you may have to share.
