Cerner EHR age-based percentile support?

Hi everyone, we have had a couple pediatric weight error near misses in recent months. We were reviewing ISMP safe practice recommendations and noted the following recommendation. "Leverage the EHR. Check if your EHR can incorporate age-based percentile support which could help raise suspicion that a weight or height may be incorrect."

We were wondering if there is any Cerner facility that has an age-based percentile support for weight/height entries built already? If so, would you be willing to share the build? Also, have there been any unexpected consequences of implementing? I will include my email at the bottom of the thread if anyone prefers that communication type.
